She has been in our shelter for many months and each day we worry she is losing hope. She loves us all at the shelter, but knows in her heart that there is a better place for her. A place where she is not in a 6x10 kennel, but in her people's house following them with her adoring eyes. She is a very upbeat dog full of enthusiasm for life. She has a best buddy named Bibbs, she is also a long time resident. Need two dogs ? They would love to be adopted together. We have special adoption rates when you adopt two !
We know someone will finally come that will love her as much as we do, but until then our hearts are heavy as she waits for her forever home. She loves everyone. She gets along with other dogs and is good with cats and is ok with horses. Loves children and would love to sleep with them, but is a bit high energy for younger toddlers.
As we are a no-kill shelter, Jewelz will stay here for as long as it takes to find the perfect home for her. In the mean time if you don't think you need another dog, maybe one needs you ! Ask about our foster program. We provide food and medical attention and you provide a loving atmosphere to prepare them for their forever home ! Fostering can be short term or up to 4-5 months, and a foster "mom" or "dad" gets first option if they do decide they want to keep their "foster child"
